Returns within 14 days

You can return items within 14 days after you receive your order, without giving a reason.

How to return

1. Email info@trustgear.eu with your order number and the items you want to return. You can also use the form below.
2. Send the items back within 14 days after telling us.
3. We refund the payment within 14 days after we receive your return notice. We may wait with the refund until the items have arrived back or you have shown proof of shipping.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels attached.
• The customer pays the cost of returning the items.
• We refund the product price and the original standard shipping cost, using the same payment method you used.

Items that cannot be returned

• Items made or personalised to your order.

Faulty or wrong items

If an item is faulty or not what you ordered, email us with photos. We replace it or refund it at our cost. The statutory 2-year guarantee applies.
